Bogged With a Dog

This episode features a few mishaps on and off the road, an embarrassed teenage driver, a day trip to an island, honours a friend, and reminisces on the meaning of life. Naturally, there is mud involved.
I take responsibility for a couple of audio editing glitches. These are barely noticeable, but you may have a good ear. 

Here Kitty! Kitty!

I'm going to share a few of my cat stories from housesitting, this week. Felines are possibly my favourite foster furballs, as they are low maintenance. However, things don't always go as planned. I like caring for pets and other animals, but try not to get too attached to those in my care. That doesn't always work well for me.

S1 E9 Mirror, Mirror

This week involves some personal reflection, and insight into my nomadic lifestyle. There's lots to look forward to this year including upcoming holidays, housesits, and more travel. And a few pesky ants find themselves in my sights. Come join me in the swimming pool. Bring some drinks and snacks.

What do I do with myself all day? People often ask if I'm sitting around doing nothing. And getting free accommodation in exchange! This week you can find out what I'm really doing, and how I do it. I also touch on social isolation and keeping boredom at bay.

The Beach on Repeat

This week's episode focuses on my trip to the west coast of South Australia, for a two month housesit at the beach. With no pets to look after, I had plenty of time to explore the region. 

A Dog’s Tale

This week's show is about a dog. Meeting and getting to know pets is satisfying, and as interesting as some of the people I have met as a housesitter. I also included a snippet of audio from a bike ride.
As 2023 comes to a close, I want to dedicate this episode to a few furry friends who went over the Rainbow Bridge this year: Gentle Sophie. Ally Oops! Big-hearted Accent. And the ever-delightful Miss Marbles.

This week's episode focuses on managing the water supply on and off the road, the downside (sometimes smelly) of rural sanitation, and wriggly sticks that have slithered across my path recently.
